Description: Burr oak desk box lined with dark brown leather. The pegs are made from bog oak which is oak that has been submerged in boggy ground for between 6,000 - 4,000 years. When it is brought to the surface it is carefully dried and then has pretty well all the characteristics of ordinary oak except that it is jet black.
